Sent to Norfolk County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 241368.

Lilac Close was resurfaced poorly sometime in the last 5 years. All the applied surface has disappeared and the manhole covers are proud again and the creacked under-surface is exposed. Please put Lilac Close back on the list for resurfacing and please have a competent, lasting job done this time.
