Leaves on green in front of house

There are a huge amount of fallen leaves on the green in front of our house. I noticed that two men were there this morning and cleared the leaves from the footpath around the green. Unfortunately it does not solve the problem because as soon as we have a windy day they will blow onto the path again which seems futile. Surely the solution would be to clear the green of leaves and sort the problem out In one go that would seem the sensible idea. As I live in the corner house the leaves from the green will end up against my fence which I will have to clear up, effectively doing your job. I am almost 76 now with osteoarthritis as well as being a full time carer for my 88 year old husband who has Lewy Body Dementia which of course incorporates Parkinson’s so he cannot help me with the leaf clearance. There is only so much can be put in our brown bin and I am told I cannot put the leaves in black sacks and put them at the top of the road for collection as this is classed as Fly Tipping! Can you please help us and clear the leaves from the green. I look forward to hearing from you with a favourable reply. Kind regards Maria Hughes
