Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2411368.

Two bits of plastic sheeting / wrapping have been left either side of the road near the junction with zFeatherbed Lane. I appreciate if they can be cleared up so doesn’t present a danger to wildlife, thanks
