Spiked wrought-iron exposed, along with trampled (barbed) wire

Reported via desktop anonymously at 22:17, Fri 27 November 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2408571.

Off the Slade, along the road from Ashley Court, on the same side of the road, I noticed this evening, while walking my dog, the hazard of exposed spiked wrought-iron railings bent in several places, to allow access to Lye Valley Nature reserve. Also a smaller metal fence crushed to the ground in places, I could not see if that was barbed wire or not.
