Public path cropped (Thorpe Market FP 3)

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later
Cross-field path obliterated by a growing cereal crop. Path surface neither made good nor made apparent on the ground, whatsoever. Zero compliance with the Rights of Way Act 1990. See photographs. The state of the path prevented any further access along the path by the wheelchair user. NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL, PLEASE TAKE NOTE: You are already well aware that the occupier here has an appallingly bad record of compliance with the Rights of Way Act 1990 (see: https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1097824 https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1550514 https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1550511 being are just three examples). It is evident that the occupier is, every time, deliberately waiting until you contact him before he complies. That is not good enough, because that necessarily involves the public first being inconvenienced by the infringement. Not to say, against the law. This latest infringement caused hardship to the users shown in the photos, one of whom is in a wheelchair which was unable to cross the cultivated, unreinstated path surface. Norfolk County Council - you need to adopt a different approach here. What are you going to do, to make the occupier comply consistently?
