Reporting further to https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1121744 (Norfolk County Council reference ENQ-93161-H0S4Z6). THREE YEARS LATER, and there has been no clearance. See photographs. Even as a pedestrian, you have to keep right up along the edge in order to avoid scraping against overgrown blackthorn etc - and this is supposed to be a CARRIAGEWAY! Norfolk County Council, you are deliberately flouting your responsibilities as highway authority, and treating the needs of higher users with contempt.
