Noisy manhole covers

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

There are several noisy manhole covers in great eastern street, they rattle all day and all night whenever a vehicle drives over them. they are outside the american car wash and further towards shoreditch high street, and in the other direction too. at the junction of curtain road, and outside the old blue last. they keep me awake at night, and also are distracting as i am working from home.] can something be done? everyone has passed the buck and says it is not their responsibility.
