Large plastic bottles left behind after recent footpath repairs

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

The footpath has been repaired recently but the workers left behind a couple of industrial sized plastic bottles, one of which still contains something. Children have started playing with them and I fear they will eventually spill the contents. They are too large to put in my own bins.
