Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Manhole, opposite the junction of A47 and St Nicholas Park Drive. The manhole, its frame and the tarmac surrounding it is very loose. It makes a awfull noise each time a vehicle passes over it. It looks like the manhole is about to collapse. It has been like this for a few weeks and in my opinion is getting worse. I walk past this manhole every day and large pieces of tarmac are very loose.
