Parking has become a massive problem

Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 18:05, Wed 25 November 2020

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Parking in Chester road for 2-28 has become a massive problem with people parking and making it very difficult to manoeuvre. It does not help that two 4 bed houses have been converted in to flats making the problem worse, we even objected to the flats because we knew what problems it would cause on the street. God forbid a fire engine or ambulance need to get access in the evening because there’s cars everywhere making it very dangerous for pedestrians. There are two grass verges just as you enter 2-28 Chester road that would be perfect for about 6-8 cars thus leaving the road clear and safe for pedestrians and emergency vehicles.
