Parking is getting dangerous

The parking on clutsom and kemp road is damgerous there is a park opposite my house and if i dont park on my front ( not the vans in the photo) the whole opposite side gets full of cars which makes it near on impossible to see children crossing and when i do they block the corner so you cant pull out of kemp road, also pulling out of clutsom on to the main road is scary at times there is usually big vans parked on the corner all the residence on the estate share my concerns
