Church Walk and Little Church Street in Rugby town centre have large amounts of leaf litter which hasn't been managed or cleared. And there is also a lot of overgrown vegitation making it awkward for people to pass each other whist maintaining a social distance on the narrower path. I'm not sure if it would be more appropriate for a parks and gardens team to clear or a street cleaning team.
