On the public pavement/driveway outside 114 Banbury Road there is a small drain to take away standing water. This drain has collapsed and is also blocked creating a hazard to pedestrians as well as not draining away standing water.

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

This small drain which is about 1 foot square looks to have been dug into the driveway/pavement many years ago to drain standing surface water which, because of the driveway geometry and levels, can reach 1 to 1.5 inches depth over a wide area.

This drain is completely blocked and is collapsing therefore causing a trip hazard to pedestrians on the busy pathway.

The drain needs to be rebuilt with a silt trap, unblocked and to ensure it empties satisfactorily into the main drains.
