Overgrown bushes

Working with the police to stop cars from blocking the path, but the path width is significantly decreased because the bushes have been allowed to overgrow for so many years that they are now more than a meter into the pavement width. They need trimming back so that in conjunction with the police, there is enough room for people to pass by
