Scaffolding pole in alley way

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2403031.

A house on the corner is having works done and they have put a scafolding pole in the alley way witt no warning signs on. At night is is very dark anyone could walk into it.
