Constant noise day and night loose or faulty manhole lid

I cannot get a close up photo as bit dangerous in the road with so many vehicles it’s a busy road . The manhole cover has become very noisy loud banging noise all through the day and night making sleep a big problem , every time a vehicle goes over it it’s a constant Bang bang noise it’s got worse as the days have past looks like the surface material on the one side has worn away and needs fixing ASAP as it’s disrupting residents sleep at night and peace in the day , It’s been like this for around 2 months started as slight bump noise but now it’s very loud bangs. It is on the road side going towards Nuneaton town. Opposite number 394 Tuttle hill. Just near the bus stop you can’t miss it if you do you will definitely Hear it. Please can this problem be fixed ASAP Thankyou
