Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2401619.

This has been reported for over two months and no replacement yet. it is dangerous, filled with filthy water and stands outside our school with children from the age of four. Also i would like to report that four wastepaper bins on our playing field have the metal inners either missing or rusted through. could these be replaced as well.
