Possible abandoned car in church car park

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2401391.

Black Seat Leon reg LM55 BMY seems to have been abandoned in the church car park (RHS and behind the church). It appears to be taxed, MOTed and insured, but we don't know who it belongs to, and it doesn't appear to move. This car park is for the use of church staff and members, and a couple of local businesses who rent spaces
