Rubbish bin has been vandalised and is unusable

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2401040.

The bin has been removed from the holder and looks like it has been stamped on/squashed making it unusable. I tied the bin bag to the holder and put the loose rubbish in the bag.
