The drain cannot cope with medium rainfall. The drain looks as though it is collapsed underneath the road. Spray (containing road debris) hits pedestrians and a listed building during the flooding. Road is heavily utilised and the flooding is hazardous.
Drain is in front of 81 high st, Hillmorton.
