Parking on the grass
Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 18:50, Mon 19 March 2012
Sent to Southampton City Council 5 minutes later
Cars ar parking on the Grassed area using a dropped kerb to access the public path which they drive up to park their cars on the grassed area. It is only a matter of time before a child is hurt where these cars are driving on the public path. All it needs is a bollard to be place at the base of the path which would stop them having access to this path. The kerbs are being constantly broken and the grassed area is a constant mud bath.
This has been passed to the Highways Team to see if any bollards can be placed, but should also be reported to the Police, as they are able to enforce this. Their number is 0845 045 45 45.
