Public footpath blocked
Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2399257.
Someone has put off a fence with barber wire either side of the gate by the windmill blocking the footpaths on the blendworth side from the chalton side. This is not the first time the path has been blocked. I believe this is the action of the owner of the windmill. If so, appropriate action should be taken to avoid him doing it again.
