Speed limit needs to be dropped to 30mph. 40mph is too fast!

I strongly feel that the stretch of Fairlands Way between the Verity Way and Gresley Way roundabouts urgently needs its speed limit dropped from 40mph to 30mph. This is because the road runs through a built-up area plus there are many turnings and thus 40mph is just simply too fast for this road. There have been times where I've had to brake hard because of other road users indicating at the last minute. To make matters worse, on the 19th November there was a collision between a car and kid on a bike. Although no one was killed it does highlight the need for the speed limit on this road to be dropped to 30mph.
