Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2398076.
This is on the verge side not the pavement side but one of my friends still managed to get his leg stuck down it and it's a pretty viscous hole. I've uncovered it so it is more obvious now but it would definitely be better if it could be fixed or just filled in - I guess it was for drainage at some point but now it's just full of leaves and rubbish.
