Hedge and trees overhanging

Reported via mobile in the Trees (along Public Rights of Way) category by Alan Aldridge at 16:56, Thu 19 November 2020

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

For the entire length of Great Ashby Way there are private hedges that overhang the footpath and cycle tracks to a point that it is necessary to walk on the grass verges to pass a cyclist or other pedestrian. Today there was an incident with an elderly lady that tripped while walking on the mud/grass to allow a mobility scooter to stay on the footpath.
