Canal boat owners and walkers are pavement parking for hours/days whilst temporary mooring, walking, cycling. It is restricting use of pavement for local residents. It is obstructing local residents from accessing their driveways. It forces road users on to wrong side of road to overtake which is made worse due to the on coming traffic from the steep canal bridge as they aren't visible until they're over the brow of the bridge and then there is nowhere to for traffic to go so cars either have to reverse back across bridge or reverse back to the Old Warwick Road. The stretch of Mill Lane from the junction with Old Warwick Road needs parking restrictions in place as residents are having stressful situations with visibility and noise from vehicles bibbing their horns on the approach to the bridge and when passing Mill Lane along the Old Warwick Road because of poor visibility. The situation is made worse as large construction vehicles constantly use the bridge which has a max load of 7.5t. There is a building site adjacent to the junction of Mill Lane, Old Warwick Road. Cars are parked continuously right on the junction of Mill Lane and Old Warwick Road forcing traffic exiting Mill Lane on to Old Warwick Road to enter fast moving Old Warwick Road before they can see if its clear. There is plentiful free parking in Brome Hall Lane but it is not clearly signposted so non residents aren't aware.
