Cones blocking parking spaces

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Someone, presumably the school, has blocked the layby with cones. I have no problems with doing this if a coach is expected but these have been there a while. There's already a severe shortage of parking so these need to be removed ASAP and the school advised not to block a public road.
