For the past months we keep reporting the problem to Affinity, they check but keep saying it s normal . We cannot find it normal for water to gush out of the ground for no reason , even when not raining . The mud and puddle that goes all the way to the bus stop is very dangerous for the pedestrians as they can slip , dogs are drinking from the dirty water and sometimes the smell becomes unbearable . We reported to Openreach as well and they said it s not theirs . Who should come and asses the problem ??! Why for the past 2 years we never encountered such a problem ? Regards
