Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later

Flooding on south bound a29 at Lydsey . road down to one lane. this has been happening for 20+ years. there is a flood warning sign that has been in the hedge for 3 years. placing that sign there has not fixed the problem. A recent reply from highways said that they couldn't get a camera down the drain as the pipe is blocked. Some one at West Sussex Highway's is failing in their duty & is not fit for purpose.
