Blocked drain at bottom of Rays Road

During periods of heavy rain, the drain doesn't clear surface water. This then builds up and completely cuts off the entrance to West Wickham Station. This is the only accessible entrance to Platform 2 at West Wickham station for people of reduced mobility. The flooding and drains are on Rays Road, outwith the boundary on Network Rail or Southeastern Railway property.

    I notice this has been open since 19th November 2020 with no action or response (tut, tut). This is the same location today, bad flooding and an entrance to West Wickham Hayes bound platform which is unusable. LBB - What’s your plan guys?
