All surface water drains blocked on highway outside Reepham High School

There are four or five drains here and they are all blocked. The one I photographed is at the shallowest part, the others can't be seen. The water is several inches deep in places and it is still raining. There is a lot of spray when cars go through, affecting pedestrians and cyclists, particularly those going to the school. Please could these be cleared out soon. Outside Reepham High School, Whitwell Road.
