Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2387484.
Sorry I couldn’t get a better photo. But it’s a huge plastic yellow bollard about 4’ high and 3’ diameter with keep left sign. In the bushes opposite the slip road junction onto the new Thanet Way on the Whitstable side of the old Thanet Way. It’s been there at least two years that I know of!
