Illegal parking on footpath and grass verge

Reported via mobile in the Car parking category anonymously at 11:48, Sat 14 November 2020

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2386989.

Cars are continuously parked either on the footpath and verge or just the footpah outside the block of flats. Clearly they are residents of the building yet don’t have private parking so feel it to illegally park on the footpath. This causing members of the public to have to walk on the very busy road. During a period when social distancing and giving space are critical, these vehicles are causing major issues. Also they have destroyed the grass verge causing mud on the footpath. I’d imagine if someone were to slip and hurt themselves there would be a case for council blame. These people need fining and the footpath making inaccessible.
