Streetlight set up directly outside bedroom window lighting up bedroom making it difficult to sleep.

Complained to builder and council, not sure who fitted shield?

Shield fitted sometime ago although light has not been switched on for years, now active shield not sufficient to stop light from entering bedroom.

Streetlight in question is 4LL
