Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Chemical spillage / Pollution incident. A plastic container has been dumped next to the post box on the grass verge / footway in front of Cox's Hall.

A black liquid (looks like very dirty engine oil) leaked out (puddling on grass / pavement) - the container has spilled out a white liquid (maybe paint) too.

Updates

Was cleared very quickly. (I think a local picked up the containers) The Council came and used an absorbent material to collect much of the spilt oil - returned following day to complete.
