Very deep pothole, extremely dangerous for a cyclist (which I am) especially if it is full of water

This pothole has been here ever since we moved to Frost Hill a couple of years ago. It is potentially lethal for a cyclist. It is on the left side of the road coming form the Kingsclere direction as the hill climbs up towards Frost Hill.
