Hedge cuttings left on path not removed

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hedge cutting done last week, but the cuttings have been missed being collected. These are outside 75 York Road behind row of garages. With weather now spread even further

Updates

Well most of it did eventually get swept, but my report did get translated into 'overgrown hedge' which i was told could not be fixed despite the above pictures.
