Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2384599.

The new owners of 10 St Margarets Close are extending their garden into council owned land that many houses back onto and use for recreation. They have removed shrubs and moved the boundary of their property so that it does not reflect the Land Registry map.
