Large Pothole about 20 inches across and several inches deep

Large pothole in middle of road which is spewing stones and gravel out as vehicles pass. This will not repair itself, and despite both Hampshire County Council staff & Eastleigh Borough Council staff passing frequently, they are blind to this defect.

It is not helped by the fact this directly in line with the tyres of the refuse truck each week, which is going to make this worse from the sheer weight, also the number of delivery vans has increased in the past eight months.
