Refuse strewn along the edge of the road and verge causing vehicle hazard

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction or hazard on road category anonymously at 11:47, Thu 12 November 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

A quality of refuse comprising large plastic sheets and pieces of cardboard is strewn along the side of the road and onto the verge at the junction of Star Lane and Station Road. The plastic sheeting is blowing around onto the highway so represents a serious danger to the large number of vehicles that pass this point. In time this debris will also block the ditch and roadside galleys causing further flooding on this poorly drained section of road.
