Large lump of tarmac in carriageway

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Large lump of tarmac that was put there as part of temporary pedestrian crossing has been left behind by the contractors. It extends into the carriageway and is unmarked. A cyclist nearly came to grief this evening swerving to avoid it in the dark in heavy traffic. It is on the out of town carriageway between the railway bridge and St Michaels Road. This has been there for months now as part of lengthy roadworks but is now unused and unmarked.
