Broken branch in silver birch hanging loose

Reported via desktop in the Hedges / Trees on road or verge category anonymously at 10:11, Wed 11 November 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

There are 2 silver birches at the end of Croft Close, the tallest has a large branch which is not fixed but is hanging upside down, held only by other branches. It has broken from the main tree trunk within the last month and now hangs above a pedestrian access, parked cars and phone wires Please come out and inspect the broken branch as we believe it could injure people and or damage property. Thank you
