Cycle track on Headington Hill, leaves, debris, unsafe for cycling

There is a build up of leaves and debris on the cycle track going up and down Headington Hill. This is slippery for bikes and making it dangerous to cycle therefore forcing cyclist to cycle in the main path of the traffic.
