Sent to North Kesteven District Council less than a minute later

Reg: AK56XHD white transit van has been parked half on the pavement just into villa close off b1188, for about three weeks now. It is registered as sorn, and mot ran out last February so should not be on the road. Writing on side of van DP wilkinson building and roofing.
