Road surface not completed

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2380401.

A few weeks ago Sandpiper Close was closed and prepared for resurfacing however the contractors appear to have made an awful job and still have not returned to finish job off. Can you tell me when they will return to complete the road surface please.
