Light not working

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

This light has not been working for the last 3 weeks, And is causing problems from 4.30pm when it gets dark for people walking past it or getting off the buses

Can somebody please give us an update on this problem, It has been over a month since i reported it

This light is still not working at all, Can this be looked into urgently please.
