Collapsing manhole frame A340 Northbound, just before Sainsbury's junction

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2379894.

This has been loose for a couple of weeks, but has now sunk approximately 10cm into the road, which is breaking up around it.
