Large dead branch fallen from oak tree

A large piece of dead branch and several smaller branches have fallen from the oak tree on the verge outside 147. Did not see it happen but looks like possibly knocked out by a passing lorry or bus. Large branch is pretty hefty and could have done some serious damage if it had fallen on to a car or a passer by. I think the tree needs some attention.
