Smoky smells day and night in our area

There are smoke smell on Linden Drive in the evenings as someone maybe not using smokeless coal or wood fires. Also, during daytime there are builders working nearby on Hawthorne Road who light fires during daytime (Probably due to cold weather) and causing awful burning and smoky. smell. These areas are supposed to be smokeless zones and precaution should be taken. Also with the current pandemic, there are breathing problems for some persons and these should be stopped and fined accordingly. These smells have started about a month ago and is getting unbearable and cannot go for walks or exercise.
