Bollard broken

This wooden bollard got knocked over and broken 2 weeks ago. It has left a wooden stump sticking out the ground. There were previously 2 bollards, now both have been knocked over, there are none remaining, and now offer no protection for the sign post or housing. The bollards need replacing. In short term, the stump digging out and tarmac over the top. The location is at the intersection between Mill Road and High Street, in Nettlebed.
